How can I get the quickest resolution to my query?

We understand you’re busy and need that Attaché query answered ASAP!

Here is the best way to ensure you get the answer you need:

Contact your Client Services Manager at support@pbs.com.au or 1300 730 992

Please do NOT call or email individual consultants directly. If you do, there may be significant delays. Your consultant may be on leave or working on site with a client, and your query will not be placed in the job queue straight away.

Please note: jobs are prioritised based on your PBS support plan (i.e. Platinum, Gold, Silver) or Casual.
